Notification of information security breach

Private persons, companies and organisations can notify FICORA's NCSC-FI of information security violations targeted against them, such as phishing or denial of service attacks, and attempted violations related to these. Telecommunications operators have their own contact form.

Telecoms operators' disturbance notifications

Telecoms operators must notify FICORA of significant information security violations or threats to information security in the services and of anything else that prevents or significantly interferes communication services. They must also provide FICORA with their contact details to be used in these incidents.

Notifications of radio interference

FICORA investigates interference occurring in radiocommunications. FICORA also investigates interference that high-power radio stations cause to electrical appliances.
